Finn Raccoon Body Hair is, yep you guessed it, from Finland. The Finns tie a lot of tube flies for Atlantic Salmon fishing, and this is one of the primary winging materials. The long gruard hairs are bright and highly defined, but the underfur is what gives your flies body and bulk without excessive weight.
