The Arapaho Wade Staff is exactly what you need when wading big western rivers. Made from heavy gauge alloy tubing it offers strength and security without unnecessary weight, but is still strong enough for when you really need that vital extra support. The Arapaho Wade Staff is collapsible and folds easily into its handy belt pouch storage case. The five sections are held in place by an elastic shock-cord for reliability and durability with a carbide tip to protect the end from wear on hard surfaces. Opens with one hand operation. A convenient compass is built in to the end of the comfortable cork handle.
