The BIIx series of Spey rods comprises a range of line weights and lengths suitable for any steelhead or salmon fishing adventure you may pursue. With the unique Boron II graphite and boron composite these rods offer the smoothest fast action casting you will see anywhere. These rods have a progressive, deep load which makes them very suitable for casting sink tips as well.
The BIIx 13'3" 7 wt. is an ideal Deschutes rod, and with a Vision shooting head this combination will propel your Spey casting to new horizons. Both the 13' and 14' 8/9 weight rods are also exceptional with these Vision lines, and because of the deep load of all of these rods, they will handle a range of sink tips. Lightweight, smooth and comfortable casting, the timeless Winston look and feel, you will be hard pressed to find a better all purpose two-handed rod. Suggested Lines
