The classic Cimarron has been around for a long time. The Cimarron Large Arbor has taken the same dependable, tough as nails Cimarron design and improved it with a large arbor spool. This reel is perfect for those just getting started out, it's one you can count for many years and you won't outgrow, yet it's not going to break the bank when you're putting your new outfit together. The CLA is a self-lubricating reel and requires no maintenance. The larger CLA's have a stronger drag system for big fish- we use them for Steelhead fishing on the Deschutes. Overall, a great product at a great price.
