Copper John, Barr's
The Copper John makes an outstanding dropper off of a dry fly because despite its small size it sinks quickly. This is due to the gold bead as well as the copper wire wrapped around the body. This nymph is like fried food for trout, they'll take it anytime, anywhere because it's lip smackin' good.
