Light Cahill Thorax
To look at it, it's hard to tell exactly what it is. A fish may be thinking the same thing, but at least to a fish, it looks tasty no matter exactly what it is. This fly works great as a pale evening dun pattern with its light body and bushy hackle. It also works as a cranefly, again with its lighter body and the long split tail representing a craneflys' long, gangly legs. And last but not least, this fly may even take fish as an aquatic moth pattern. A great fly to keep available.
